Presidential Airways, a sister company of Blackwater, is asking a federal court in Florida to use Shari'a law in mediating a lawsuit brought by the widows of three American soldiers who died on a 2004 flight that crashed in the mountains of Afghanistan.

I actually love Erik Prince and Blackwater, but this is dirty pool. Not to mention a slippery slope. Then again, the lawsuit is bullshit to begin with, so I guess they're just doing what they can to stay afloat.
Splash used the keyword - "bullshit." I had a sympathetic heart to Blackwater, come on, how many private security firms are actual bad guys in a Knight Rider movie, but when a corporation behaves like a corporation it doesn't shock me (not that it is a bad thing).
